As we navigate the post-pandemic “new normal”, life is tough for senior leaders. It’s your responsibility to guide one of the most difficult conversations we’ve ever had at work: when and how – and even if – we’ll go back to the office.
And you’re expected to do that in a fast-changing landscape, using an unfamiliar communications toolkit. Is it any wonder that managers are amongst those leaving in the “great resignation”?
What do you get?
This workshop for directors and/or managers will save time and energy by streamlining your organisation’s difficult and sensitive discussions online – such as the one around ways of working in the “new normal”. Back to the office? Or not?
You’ll get practical tips for having high-quality conversations online, faster – both in meetings and outside them.
You’ll learn some of the techniques that global remote-work leaders use to keep their teams in sync, building and retaining strong team- and organisational cultures.
And you’ll leave with a step-by-step plan for reaching agreement with your colleagues about how you will work together in a hybrid way.
How is the remote training delivered?
- Around an hour of self-paced preparatory work
- Half a day of live-online training (don’t worry, you won’t be bored and there will be breaks!)
- Half-hour follow-up activity with a colleague
Typically we deliver via Zoom, with group size set at around 12 participants, but other options are also possible.
